A guide with options from Monday to Sunday. Savory dishes and a dessert for the weekend.

Chicken feet along with milanesas are one of the most consumed dishes in my house. They're easy to make, accept multiple side dishes, and are super tasty! Preparing them at home allows you to flavor them to your liking, fill them with a cheese cube, coat them with seeds or cereals and make a dish into many options.

The topping I like the most is with sugar-free cereals. It leaves them very, very crispy. To make them stick well, I recommend that you grind half of the flakes and leave the others whole. Mixing it will allow the mixture to adhere better to the chicken bites.

If you don't want to process, mold and bread the chicken, you can make mini milanesas, cutting the chicken breast (or thigh) into small pieces. Of course, I have to warn you that once the family tries the homemade paw version they will not want to eat the industrial ones again. I'll drink to that!

Enjoy the summer with a delicious meal. Good week everyone.

Wholemeal zucchini tart recipe (Photo: @nicocollicocinero)

Wholemeal zucchini and mushroom tart. Homemade dough and a simple filling but you don't see it every day. Another vegetable that could be used would be eggplant as it has a cooking similar to zucchini. If you get portobellos, they can be replaced by pine mushrooms hydrated in white wine or broth. You just have to be careful not to add too many as its flavor is much more powerful.
