Buenos Aires Governor Axel Kicillof on Tuesday ordered a 25% increase in the income of state workers in the province and took aim at Javier Milei.
In the midst of the crisis and the impact of December inflation released by INDEC, the Buenos Aires government reported that 15 percentage points of the increase that workers will receive in February correspond to the closing of the 2023 collective bargaining agreement.
In a statement, Kicillof's government took aim at Milei for "the loss of purchasing power caused in wages by the inflationary acceleration unleashed after the devaluation of the exchange rate carried out by the National Government.
Developing story.
