On Sunday evening, "Tatort: Pyramide" was all about power and money. Robin Sondermann portrayed the financial shark Christopher Komann. But how do you know the actor?

Cologne – On Sunday evening (14 January), the "Tatort" duo Klaus J. Behrendt (63) alias Max Ballauf and Dietmar Bär (68) alias Alfred "Freddy" Schenk could be seen in a new case. This time, "Pyramid" was all about the investment firm Concreta, which sells overpriced financial products to unsuspecting investors. When the consumer protection lawyer who worked against the company is found beaten to death, the investigators come into play. In the process, they also come across company founder Christopher Komann, played by Robin Sondermann (40).

"Tatort" experience: Robin Sondermann has already been seen in these editions

While "Tatort" is currently polarizing with mass expulsions, the editions with Ballauf and Schenk continue to enjoy great popularity. This time, however, the eccentric, profit-oriented and slightly insane financial shark Christopher Komann polarized alongside them. Robin Sondermann knows how to convince in the role.

The name alone is probably not enough to identify the actor. The 40-year-old has not yet achieved a resounding success on the big screen. If you are still wondering how you know the actor, you might have seen Sondermann in "Tatort: Brüder" as a policeman or in "Tatort: Kaltstart" alongside Wotan Wilke Möhring (56). In 2020, he also played the trans woman and policewoman Lydia Wolf in "SOKO Leipzig". A brief appearance in "The Mountain Doctor" in 2022 is also on the list. Most recently, he was also seen in the ARD series "Who We Are".

In Tatort: This was Robin Sondermann's biggest role to date

However, the Hamburg-born actor is probably best known for his role in the ARD docudrama "Schuss in der Nacht – Die Ermordung Walter Lübckes". In it, he played the murderer and Nazi Stephan Ernst. The diabolical antagonist seems to suit Sondermann particularly well.
