It is a solidarity trip which once again marks the support for Israel of Agnès Pottier-Dumas, mayor (LR) of Levallois-Perret (Hauts-de-Seine) and vice-president of the Hauts-de-Seine departmental council. Seine, since the terrorist attacks of October 7, which left some 1,200 dead including 41 French and nearly 250 hostages, 110 of whom have since been released.

Since the start of the conflict between Israel and Hamas and dividing the world, the mayor of Levallois, which has one of the largest Jewish communities in Île-de-France, has never deviated from her support for Hebrew State.
