Three years of suspended prison sentence, accompanied by a five-year ban on carrying a weapon and a five-year ban on carrying a weapon: this is the sentence requested by Attorney General Loïc Pageot, against Marc- Antoine C., 42 years old, the former Aulnay-sous-Bois police officer responsible for the baton blow that disabled Théo Luhaka, on February 2, 2017. This Thursday, at the Seine-Saint-Denis assizes, he also requested six month suspended prison sentence and the same prohibitions against Jérémie D. and three months suspended prison sentence for Tony H., his two former colleagues and co-defendants.

Requisitions which may seem lenient in view of the penalties incurred: 15 years for Marc-Antoine C. who bore the most serious charges.
The fatal thrust he delivered to Théo's upper thigh, with his telescopic defense stick (BTD), caused a 10 cm tear in the anus.
