According to the indictment filed by the prosecution unit of the police in Nazareth, a little over a month ago, the defendant, the victim's ex-partner, arrived at her home.
When she noticed him, she asked him to explain his actions in the area, and in response he told her: "You can't imagine what will happen to you."
He entered the house, pulled her by the hand and twisted her hand, then forced his finger into her eye and bit her hard.
After that he went out to the balcony and smoked a cigarette and when he finished smoking he approached the complainant and strangled her by the neck and told her to "get out" while threatening her.
The complainant asked the accused to leave the house.
And in response he pulled her strongly out of the door when the complainant resisted him until her shirt was stripped from her as a result of the pull, he also hit the complainant in the face and she fell to the ground.
In the request for detention until the end of the proceedings, the police prosecutor stated that the complainant's daughter informed.
Asher was staying at home at the time and described to the children's investigator the defendant's actions when he arrived at their home, dragged her outside, strangled her and her mother's attempt to get him out of the house and her mother lying on the floor and the blood pouring from her mouth.
It was also noted that the defendant even left her a message afterwards: "I broke 2 teeth, I will pay for two teeth."
