A new so-called “tie-breaker” hearing, led by a professional magistrate, will allow the industrial tribunal of Bobigny (Seine-Saint-Denis) to rule in the sensitive case, which pits Benjamin Hemmer against his former employer, the office public housing (OPH) of Aubervilliers.
