New action against immigration law.
This Friday morning, several dozen young people mobilized in front of the Maurice-Ravel and Hélène-Boucher schools, located in the 20th arrondissement of Paris, against the text adopted in the Assembly shortly before last Christmas.
Same situation in front of the Voltaire high school, in the 11th arrondissement, and in front of other establishments in the capital.
Tensions broke out in the morning.
Some equipped with smoke bombs, the students of the Hélène-Boucher school complex blocked access to their establishment with trash cans and banners.
“Hélène Boucher is a welcoming land,” they claim while the blockade was still in progress after 10:30 a.m. this Friday morning.
More than a hundred people are mobilized.
A call on social networks
Jean, a final year student, came at 7 a.m. to participate in the blockade.
He also indicates that he mobilized in reaction to the comments of the new Minister of National Education Amélie Oudéa-Castéra on public schools.
“It’s a spontaneous mobilization to show that high school students are completely fed up,” testifies the 17-year-old student.
We are led by people who despise public schools, we are worried about our conditions for learning the Baccalaureate, Emmanuel Macron's announcements on the SNU and the uniform at school.
At some point, enough is enough.

“No student is a stranger either to Voltaire or on earth, our country is called solidarity,” we also read on the posters affixed to Voltaire.
A general call to block high schools in the capital was launched at the start of the week on social networks to demand “the withdrawal of the Darmanin law”.

“We will not allow ourselves to be infantilized,” adds Sasha, also a final year student.
The two high school students from the XXth also denounce the intervention of the police, in particular the operational support group (GSO), which intervened around 9 a.m. this Friday morning to try to force the blockade.
“Several students were gassed, others beaten,” Jean is again indignant.
Shortly before 11 a.m., the blockade of the high school continued, but the situation appears to be under control.
Law enforcement monitors the establishment from a safe distance.
The young demonstrators called all Parisian high school students to a rally at 11 a.m. in front of the Hélène-Boucher high school.
