The Minister of Education and Merit Giuseppe Valditara signed the decree which regulates extraordinary competitive procedures reserved for teachers of the Catholic religion in nursery and primary schools and in lower and upper secondary schools.
The provision, implementing the recent innovations introduced by the law converting Legislative Decree no.
75 of last 22 June, implementing the requirements established by law, allows candidates to participate in joint possession of the diocesan suitability certification and with at least thirty-six months of service, even non-consecutive, in teaching the Catholic religion in state schools, as well as qualification qualifications. professional envisaged by the Agreement with the CEI.
Candidates must also meet the general requirements for access to employment in public administrations.
Seventy percent of the vacant and available positions for the three-year school period 2022/25 and for subsequent years will be allocated to these procedures until each merit ranking is completely filled.
Twenty years after the last competition, a permanent recruitment phase begins for the teaching of the Catholic religion which, in bringing to a solution to a critical situation affecting thousands of people, will ensure stability and teaching continuity.
