Samantha Fox, one of the biggest stars in the music world in the late 80s, was arrested yesterday (Saturday) after getting drunk and rioting on a flight that was supposed to take off from Munich, Germany to London, UK.
The 57-year-old singer, who has hits like "Touch Me" and "Naughty Girls (Need Love Too)," was on a British Airways flight when she allegedly started arguing with another passenger.
Since the plane was on the flight path and had not yet taken off, it returned to the gate.
All the passengers of the flight were taken off the plane and transferred to a hotel.
So, the British star was arrested on suspicion of being drunk on an aircraft.
Fox itself told the international media that it is cooperating with the investigation of the case, and that it "profoundly apologizes for any disturbance caused".
