Masovim police investigators opened an investigation yesterday upon receiving a complaint about an employee (nursing brother) at sheltered housing in Ramat Afel in Ramat Gan who allegedly gave laxatives without a doctor's approval to patients there. As a result, some of the patients needed appropriate treatment.
Today, the suspect (60, Mailia), was located and arrested for questioning at the Mesovim police, on suspicion of negligent handling of drugs or a toxic substance and physical/mental abuse of a helpless person.
At the end of the investigation, the suspect was imprisoned and tomorrow he will be brought to a hearing at the Peace Court in Tel Aviv.
