Assisting evacuees and reservists
As part of a comprehensive aid system, the Academic Center for Law and Business will this Thursday host evacuees from the northern and southern fronts and reservists, including students from the institution, whose business has been damaged as a result of the ongoing war.
Among the businesses are "Yin Oren", "Noi Kookies", "Apik Hadad", Son of Almaz", "Sofia's Kitchen" and more.
At the center of the academic center's array is an aid fund for students serving in the reserves and in the security forces, for the victims of the October 7 massacre, and for the families evacuated from the Gaza Strip.
As part of the fund, the college teams arrive at bases and assembly areas where students from the institution serve, equipped with packages that include clothing, hygiene and toiletry products, medicines, dry food, snacks and more.
In addition, packages were sent to students who were evacuated from their homes and who were affected by the "Nova" festival.

The general public in general and wine lovers in particular are invited to the Terravino competition to taste the major medalists as part of the "Open House Tasting Gold" event, which serves as a showcase of Israeli wines to the world.
The competition has been held in Israel since 2006, and over the years it has become an important international wine competition, in which participants compete for a gold medal, which is a standard sign of quality.
The open house will be dedicated to the winning wines of the Israeli-international competition in all categories: double gold, gold, silver, home wineries, Kahilis and liqueurs.

Come on, to the desert!
The Maduro Culinary Festival, a food event with the "Wandering Diner", will include a weekend of fine food, nature, dancing and the warmth of the winter fire in the desert.
"The Wandering Diner" was founded by chefs Yohai Nebo and Tomer Selana, who are currently serving in the reserves, when upon their release they decided to hold the festival in a special format in the shadow of the war.
Nebo and Selana will win the event, where food will be cooked in the field, on bonfires, with coals, in a meat smoker, in heavy pots and more, and all this in front of the spectacular view of the place.
In addition to the festival's food menu, which will offer the use of local raw materials in a combination of the Middle East and the desert, there will also be colorful market stalls, a circus and fire juggling show for the whole family, a desert cinema complex for children, heated dance parties into the night, trips to the area, various stalls and more of many activities.
