“Bauer sucht Frau” star Uwe Abel fell from the balcony and was seriously injured.
Now he gives a health update.
Update from January 22, 2024:
Berlin – Uwe Abel (54) only narrowly escaped death.
The “Bauer sucht Frau” star slipped on the balcony in December and leaned over the railing into the depths.
The consequence: serious bone fractures.
“He could have died,” said his wife Iris (55) at the time.
The farmer is now doing better again.
After a long recovery break, he was finally able to attend an event again.
At the start of the RTL jungle camp, he and his wife attended a party hosted by Julian FM Stoeckel (36) in Berlin.
“This is the first time I’ve been out of the house – for Julian,” he says in an
RTL
interview.
He may be over the mountain - but the pain will be with him for a while.
“The arm is still growing together.
“I’m not allowed to put any strain on anything yet, I just have to slowly get back to it,” he said.
The accident was also difficult for his loved one to cope with.
“It was a very big shock for me,” emphasized Iris.

Dötlingen – A posting by Iris Abel on Instagram is causing horror among “Bauer sucht Frau” fans.
The article shows a picture of husband Uwe Abel, who is lying in the clinic and holding up a disturbing X-ray image to the camera from his hospital bed, which shows a humerus bone that has been patched together with nails.
Now Iris revealed how the terrible accident happened.

“Bauer sucht Frau” star Uwe Abel’s accident is said to have occurred on December 9th.
“He fell around three meters from the first floor,” recalls his wife Iris in an interview with

“He slipped on the balcony, we have a wooden floor there that is slippery when it gets wet.
It was all very unfortunate.
He lost his balance and then fell over the railing.”
When he fell, farmer Uwe broke his upper arm several times towards his shoulder.
The farmer had a plate with ten screws inserted in an operation.
In addition, according to Iris, the farmer broke his ribs and bruised his lung during the impact.
The pelvis is also said to have been affected.
“But I’m glad he’s still alive,” Iris continued.
She knows what a terrible fate her Uwe was spared.
“He could have been dead if he had fallen on his head instead of on his side.”

Uwe Abel has now left the clinic again.
A small ray of hope after the shock of the last few weeks.
To make matters worse, the accident also happened on Uwe Abel's birthday.
Now his wife Iris is even more excited about the upcoming holidays.
“I’m glad that we can at least celebrate Christmas together,” said the 55-year-old.
The fans of the two “Bauer sucht Frau” stars also reacted in shock to the pitiful Instagram post that Iris captioned with the simple words “My poor bunny”.
In the comment field, the farmer is showered with numerous well-wishes.
Many followers are keeping their fingers crossed for the 54-year-old to get back on his feet quickly.

The two have experienced quite a few ups and downs together.
