The three accused - former Aulnay police officers - Marc-Antoine C., Jérémie D. and Tony H. were sentenced to one year to three months in prison, suspended, for aggravated violence against Théodore Luhaka, the February 2, 2017, in Aulnay-sous-Bois (Seine-Saint-Denis), during an arrest.
The sentence handed down at the end of their trial deserved an explanation.
