“
China does not extradite its nationals
,” he clarified, explaining that his return to Guyana would now be a matter of “
judicial diplomacy
”.
The man tried to flee quickly
Based on the medical examiner's examination, Yves Le Clair had earlier clarified that the individual "
would have acted alone
" and that the three victims were killed with the same bladed weapon.
According to the same source, the author then fled to neighboring Suriname, whose border is approximately 250 kilometers from Cayenne, then took a flight to the Netherlands on Sunday before a final plane to China.
No avenue is favored at this time.
A judicial investigation for assassination was opened and an international arrest warrant was issued.
According to the Cayenne judicial police, the victims are a man born in 1961, manager of the business, his sister born in 1966, and a young woman from their family born in 2004.
