Florian Silbereisen wants to slow down.
At least that's what he suggests in a new interview.
Should fans be worried?
Passau – Florian Silbereisen (42) is a sought-after entertainer who is an integral part of German show business.
But he now wants to distance himself from this, at least for a while.
In 2024, Silbereisen has planned breaks to concentrate on himself again.
But the fans don't have to do without him completely.
Florian Silbereisen: He wants to take more breaks from showbiz
He is a musician, he is a presenter, he is an entertainer, he is a show host and he is even an actor.
There is hardly anything that Florian Silbereisen cannot do.
Except maybe switching off and giving yourself a break.
The star wants to change that in 2024, as he revealed in an interview with
bild.de
: “For the first time in four years, I can plan a little more long-term.
Professionally and privately.
That's why I'm determined to add a few breaks to my calendar for the new year between shows, tours and 'Dream Ship'."
Florian Silbereisen, who has also been the “Dream Ship” captain since 2017, makes sure not to exhaust himself in the hectic show business.
But that doesn't mean that he will disappear from the scene, because numerous projects are planned for 2024.
“Wetten,dass..?” successor still open: Florian Silbereisen cancels
He announced as early as December 2023: "2024 will be exciting: We're celebrating the 100th dream ship on January 1st, we're going on an anniversary tour and I'm looking forward to new big Eurovision shows from the 'Schlagerchampions' to the 'Advent Festival'!" And After numerous shows were canceled in previous years due to Corona, he is particularly looking forward to the music events: “In 2024 I can finally go on tour again with our 'Schlagerfest XXL' - together with DJ Ötzi, Thomas Anders, Michelle and many other stars .”

But Silbereisen doesn't want to approach a very specific project: 'Wetten, dass...?'
The entertainer was in discussion about becoming the successor to Thomas Gottschalk (73), but the showmaster doesn't want to put on the shoe: “Absolutely not!
Anyone who even thinks about the successor to Thomas Gottschalk at 'Wetten,dass..?'
To take over must be megalomaniacal.”
