Since Sunday, ex-model Cora Schumacher has been able to recover from her jungle camp adventure in the hotel.
Despite her “I’m a Celebrity – Get Me Out of Here!” exit, she is still in poor health.
Gold Coast - On day three in the jungle camp, participant Cora Schumacher (47) said the words "I'm a star - get me out of here!" - for health reasons, as the reality TV star herself says.
Since then, she has been using the time to rest in the hotel.
How bad is the 47-year-old really?
Jungle camp exit controversial: Did Cora Schumacher have to leave the RTL show?
Whether the ex-model really had to leave the adventurous format for the sake of her health remains controversial.
According to jungle camp doctor Dr.
Bob could have continued to fight Cora Schumacher for the winner's crown.
In an interview with the RTL program
Exclusiv - Das Starmagazin,
Ralf Schumacher's ex-wife (48) spoke again about her exit and her current state of health.
The reality star tearfully said that she would have liked to show more of herself.
But what was the reason behind Cora Schumacher's exit?
A previous corona illness and the smoke from the camp fire are said to have caused severe problems for the 47-year-old.
With a broken, scratchy voice she said in the RTL interview: “My body was simply overwhelmed.
I'm assuming that I also have laryngitis." Schumacher also can't hide his recurring cough in the interview.
Dr.
Bob's assessment: Who is the “weakest link” in the 2024 jungle camp?
As a jungle doctor, Dr.
Bob was up close and personal with RTL's “I'm a Star – Get Me Out of Here!” and knows the candidates inside and out.
Of course, the Australian outback icon also has an opinion about the annual jungle camp participants.
But the jungle professional doesn't always hit the mark with his assessment: that's how Dr.
Bob's guess that ex-GNTM participant Anya Elsner (23) would actually be the first to leave the camp.
Well, Cora Schumacher seems to have thwarted the jungle doctor's plans.
Cora Schumacher: More cohesion in the jungle camp than in private life
The decision to leave the jungle camp was difficult for Cora Schumacher.
Her show colleagues have grown fond of her in a very short time.
“I have never known so much cohesion, teamwork and support in my private life before,” said the ex-camper beaming with joy.
So she won’t have regretted going to “I’m a Star – Get Me Out of Here!”.
Nevertheless, she will still have to take some care of her health.

Not only Cora Schumacher pushed herself to her limits in the jungle camp, other show candidates also reached their limits in the RTL format.
The worst hit so far has been reality star Leyla Lahouar (27), who collapsed in her last test in the jungle camp because she had to face a childhood dream.
