During a public appearance, Queen Mary and her daughter Isabella literally fight each other.
Aarhus – Queen Margrethe II of Denmark (83) has handed over the throne to her son Frederik (55).
His wife Mary (51) has risen from crown princess to queen.
Last weekend, the royal couple took part in a special service in Aarhus to celebrate the new monarch's accession to the throne.
They were accompanied by their children Crown Prince Christian (18), Princess Isabella (16) and the twins Prince Vincent and Princess Josephine (both 13).
This resulted in a hairy faux pas.
That wasn't planned: Queen Mary gets a little too close to her daughter's hair
After the royal family left the service, they gathered outside the church to wave to the crowd, as

X.
The royal couple's eldest daughter was busy smiling and waving like the rest of her family when her mother joined her.
The queen lovingly put an arm around the 16-year-old and soon raised her hand up to wave too.
But then it happened: Mary's gloves unfortunately got tangled in her daughter's carefully styled hair.
The young princess raised her eyebrows in surprise and turned to her mother.
But then the current Crown Princess smiled apologetically at her daughter, whereupon a smile spread across Isabella's face.
Both women took the embarrassing mishap with humor and didn't let it spoil their good mood.
The rest of her family didn't seem to notice anything about the accident.
Both King Frederik and his other three children waved undeterred to the well-wishers.
It's not the first time that all eyes are on the young princess at an event.
Princess Isabella almost stole the show from Queen Mary in a red outfit.
