The 66-year-old bus driver suffered health problems during the journey, police reported.
Nevertheless, he managed to bring the bus almost to a standstill before it easily drove into the gate of a barn in Furth im Wald (Cham district) and dented it.

Furth im Wald: Bus crashes into barn - students on board remain uninjured
All occupants - mainly students - escaped without injuries.
The slightly injured driver was looked after on site by the emergency services.
The passengers continued their journey on a replacement bus.
The damage caused amounts to around 3,000 euros.
