According to Prime Minister Winfried Kretschmann, there will probably be no return to the binding primary school recommendation in the southwest.
You can't simply take something like that back, the Green politician told the radio station “SWR 1” on Thursday.
“I don’t see that at first.” But the return to a nine-year high school will have an impact on all other types of schools, such as vocational high schools or secondary schools.
Stuttgart - So it will be the case that the primary school recommendation will be made “more binding”.
Kretschmann suggested that there might be an additional test for the children.
That's all currently under debate.
The head of government particularly insisted on strengthening the educational partnership between parents and teachers.
“If parents would do a much better job of adhering to the recommendations of the experts, in this case the teachers, we wouldn’t have this problem at all,” he said.
