among public officials.
This was reported by the presidential spokesperson, Manuel Adorni, in his usual press conference from Casa Rosada.
"The Minister of Justice (Mariano Cúneo Libarona) is going to immediately suggest to the Attorney General of the Nation, Eduardo Casal,
the creation of a special prosecutor's office
that is in charge of investigating the corruption of public officials, especially those who contemplate the figure of illicit enrichment and unidentified assets," he said.
Furthermore, Adorni maintained that said commission will be in charge of
investigating all national and provincial officials
, both in the Executive and Legislative Branches.
"We are going to recover all the assets of the crime. Crime can never produce any type of benefit," added the spokesperson.
