An 18-year-old from Lenggries has been sentenced to three weeks of permanent arrest.
After being convicted, he slashed all four tires on a police officer's private car.
Lenggries/Wolfratshausen – Three weeks of youth arrest: That is the punishment that the Wolfratshausen district court imposed on a now 18-year-old Lenggrieser in a closed session on Thursday.
The young man also has to take part in an individual course to deal with his crime, as the district court explains in a press release.
The teenager had taken revenge for an earlier conviction in a nasty way: he slashed the tires on the car of the witness at the time, a police officer.
Caught red-handed driving without a license
In mid-July last year, the then 17-year-old defendant was sentenced to pay a fine for, among other things, driving without a license.
The crime was put on record because a police officer caught him in the act: The teenager, who does not have any driving license, drove past the law enforcement officer in a car.
He knew the young driver from previous operations and reported the incident.

Revenge according to the judgment of the juvenile court
The 17-year-old denied that he was driving, but was convicted by the juvenile court based on the police officer's testimony.
On the same day, late in the evening, the defendant went to the police officer's private vehicle - and slashed all four tires with a screwdriver, according to the court.
The police then researched the defendant's personal and professional environment.
These police investigations caused the young Lenggrieser to go to the police three days later, on July 20 last year, and confess to the crime, the district court writes in its statement.
He has “now fully settled” the damage caused.
