The Hallbergmoos Art Working Group shows the diversity of painting.

Its members exhibit 90 very different pictures in Erding.

Erding – The numerous visitors to the vernissage of the exhibition of the same name at the Adult Education Center (VHS) in Erding already demonstrated their “lust for art”.

The nine artists from the Hallbergmoos Art Working Group have distributed almost 90 pictures on several floors and in the hall, which were created using various techniques from watercolor to acrylic and mixed media to encaustic.

Hilde Werner, head of the art department at the VHS, was happy that there was color in the house again.

“The pictures should captivate and amaze,” she said, and hopes that one or two visitors will be encouraged to paint themselves: “We offer lots of courses.”

Inez Eckenbach-Henning, who heads the working group, was also enthusiastic about the turnout.

It was founded in 2019. It emerged from the artist regulars' table that had existed since 2003.

“Art is good for the soul, both for the designer and the viewer,” said Eckenbach-Henning and invited people to get involved with art: “It is something beautiful, valuable and special.”

The nine artists who come from Goldach, Hallbergmoos, Unterschleißheim and Erding were presented individually.

Their motives are just as different.

In addition to flowers, still lifes and landscapes, abstract motifs can also be found.

In addition to the buffet, Bob Chisolm's music also contributed to the good atmosphere.

Local hero Anneliese Adelsperger brought an entire fan club with her.

The Erdinger has been painting for more than 20 years and has been active in the art working group for 13 years.

The 63-year-old is represented in the exhibition with twelve pictures, showing tried-and-tested themes such as her beloved baubles, but also new views.

“Some of it was certainly inspired by the birth of my grandson Theo,” said Adelsperger with a laugh and showed a cute gnome picture that she had painted for her almost three-year-old grandson for Christmas.

Not to be missed is a new variant of the fantasy birds, of which there is already a small series.

The colorful bird named Stefano is dedicated to her older son Stefan, as a thank you for his help with technical questions.

The painter, like her colleagues from the art working group, does not need artificial intelligence for inspiration, but it can sometimes be helpful in finding a suitable title for a picture, as Adelsperger revealed with a smile.

The artist group's exhibition at the Erding Adult Education Center, Lethnerstraße 13, can be seen there until March 21st.
