They prefer to work in the factory,” assures the manager of the VLM Tradition company, based in Montdidier, which has eight butcher shops, including seven in the Somme, and around forty employees.
The entrepreneur takes care to specify that the person who allows him to find the rare pearl will only receive his 1,000 euros when the new employee has completed his trial period.
The proposed salary is 2,500 euros net.
The long-awaited new recruit will have two days off per week and will benefit from all public holidays.
The “small ad” was distributed on social networks and in the pages of Courrier Picard, without success for the moment.
