Farmers will protest again on Wednesday.
They want to block motorway entrances across Bavaria.
The Fürstenfeldbruck district will also be affected.
Germering - After the recent violent protests, the vehicle tax exemption should be retained, but agricultural diesel should be gradually abolished by 2026.
“These proposals are absolutely out of the question; agricultural diesel must stay.
That’s why the protests continue,” says Bavarian farmers’ president Günther Felßner.
Together with “Agriculture connects Bavaria”, the BBV is calling for action.
That's what the farmers' association says
Immediately before the decision in the Bundestag, a nationwide day of action will take place on Wednesday, January 31st, in which the Bavarian Farmers' Association and “Agriculture Connects Bavaria eV” will also take part.
Across Bavaria, farmers have registered protests on motorway entrances, as the farmers' association reports.
In the period between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m., disruptions are to be expected at many junctions.
In the FFB district
In the Fürstenfeldbruck district, the motorway entrance to the A96 near Germering is specifically affected, as a spokesman for the local farmers' association said when asked.
Reason: This is the only driveway that is on the district corridor.
Driveways to the A8, for example, are also likely to be affected, as Dachau farmers are also taking part in the protest.
More details will be communicated later today.
Most recently, farmers near Puchheim-Ort organized a vigil:
“We have been harassed for years”: farmers’ protest with a vigil.
And in Germering they protested when Toni Hofreiter was a guest of the local Green Party.
Meanwhile, Puchheim's mayor has also spoken out on the matter.
