Asked by Reporters Without Borders about the need to limit freedom of expression to protect freedom of expression, the Council of State conducted an investigation into the diversity of ideas in the French media, cultural and intellectual landscape.
After deliberation and by virtue of the powers conferred on it, the Council of State takes stock of a worrying situation, salutes the salutary work of the CNews channel, and makes five recommendations.
