» This Friday, March 1, Maïron F. appeared before the judicial court of Melun (Seine-et-Marne), for violence against a person holding public authority.
The facts date from December 29, 2023. Three gendarmes from the Melun brigade were sent to carry out reconnaissance at the home of Maïron F., 19, in Savigny-le-Temple (Seine-et-Marne), with a view to his arrest , at 6 a.m.
He was suspected of having committed violence a few days earlier.
It’s 1:20 a.m.
The defendant returns home at the same time and sees, in front of his home, the three police officers, in civilian clothes, dressed in dark colors.
