Berlin - Whether it's TV, acting or music: There doesn't seem to be anything that Barbara Schöneberger (50) can't do.
The entertainer is one of the most famous television faces in Germany and repeatedly hosts renowned award ceremonies such as the German Television Prize.
In 2022 she also took over the moderation of “Do you understand fun?”
Schöneberger also runs her own podcast “With the Waffles of a Woman”.
Barbara Schöneberger: “I decided to slow down a bit”
So it's no wonder that the presenter wants to take things slower in the future, given her heavy workload.
“I have decided to slow down a bit over the next few years,” reveals Barbara Schöneberger in an interview with the newspaper “Superillu”.
According to Schöneberger, she fulfilled a big professional dream by presenting “Do you understand fun?”
Of course, working on the popular entertainment show also takes a lot of time.
“For me, the improvement now only lies in the private sphere,” she adds.
Barbara Schöneberger: More time for private matters
Despite this statement, Barbara Schöneberger's private life also seems to be going well.
On March 5th she celebrated her 50th birthday and had a blast.
“I was given a bombastic celebration by my friends and family – apparently I’m really great,” jokes the Berliner by choice.

Barbara Schöneberger has been married to her husband Maximilian von Schierstädt since 2009.
Together with the IT entrepreneur she has a son (* 2010) and a daughter (* 2013).
Her family will definitely be happy if the mother of two takes a step back in her career - even if the TV viewers will miss her.
