An Easter concert with music and singing will take place in the parish church of St. Johannes in Erding on Sunday, March 31st.

Admission is free.

Erding - The Easter Vigil on Sunday, March 31st, will be accompanied musically by the Choralschola in the parish church of St. Johannes from 5 a.m.

At high mass at 9 a.m., the large choir of the city parish church with an orchestra under the direction of church musician Georg Rothenaicher will perform the world-famous “Hallelujah” from the Messiah by George Frideric Handel as well as the “Mass in C major”, better known as the “Sparrow Mass”. Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart for soloists, choir and orchestra, the premiere of which dates back to Easter Sunday in 1776.

Admission is free.
