Sebastián Villa
must wait to face trial for sexual abuse after the complaint made by

on June 27, 2021. The alleged victim accused the Colombian former Boca striker of having
sexually abused

In June of last year, the Colombian had been sentenced to
two years and one month in prison

The investigation stage
ended in April
, a record was taken of the entry into the country, the victim's statement, the investigation of the accused, the psychiatric and psychological examinations of the accused and the complainant, and the victimological report.
The 117-page

explains that the alleged attack occurred in the early morning after a barbecue in which Doldán shared with Villa and other club teammates at the forward's house in
Country Venado II

According to the complainant, Villa locked her in a room,
sexually abused her and then tried to suffocate her
. The next day the player and her entourage contacted her to offer her money
in exchange for
her silence. The victim had an audiovisual record of the conversation she had with the player.

Currently, the Colombian is playing for
PFC Beroe Stara Zagora

Boca Juniors
.
The
La Ribera
team , after learning of
Villa
's sentence for Cortés' case, decided to remove him from the squad. From then on, the player did not play again and declared himself
free of action
. He returned to
Colombia
and then joined the Bulgarian team. . Due to this decision, Boca took legal action at
FIFA
