Daniel Brühl. With the desire to try to understand who he was, what drove him. He completely invented his character, like Andy Warhol. Watching his interviews again, I am struck by his eloquence, his wit, his inaccessible, distant facade, despite his humor and his politeness. His glasses, his chains, the ponytail, his thinness were armor. Like most Germans, I had no idea what he looked like when I was young. I had no idea he had a beard!
