The wind is blowing strongly in the North this Thursday, and the capital is not spared. Due to the gusts announced by Météo France, the city has decided to prohibit public access to all its parks, gardens and cemeteries. The gates of these green spaces were closed everywhere from 12:30 p.m.

Météo France announces a strengthening of the wind, which blows on average at 30 km/h, with possible gusts to 75 km/h locally.
The town hall gives some safety advice on its site: avoid leaving your home if you can and, if necessary, be careful. Beware of trees and stay away from them, postpone your walk in the Bois de Boulogne and Vincennes, and do not go down into basements in case of heavy rain.
Elsewhere in France this Thursday, storm Nelson is blowing from the West, with 183 km/h reached in Brest, and a tornado tore off roofs on the island of Yeu, in Vendée.
