As part of his upcoming trip to his native England, Prince Harry is also expected to visit his father King Charles, who is suffering from cancer. After 15 months, the two royals met again for the first time in February after the diagnosis.
London – In May, the disgraced Prince Harry (39) will return to his home country of England for a short stay. Although he is traveling primarily to take part in a planned event as part of his “Invictus Games”, the younger brother of Prince William (41) will most likely also pay a visit to his father King Charles (75).

The British monarch is currently living largely out of the spotlight after announcing in February that he had cancer. Shortly afterwards, Charles and Harry met for the first time in 15 months, although their reunion is said to have lasted no more than half an hour. The relationship between the two is considered extremely tense after Harry's official exit from the Royal Family.
According to author Tom Quinn (68), it is not very likely that Prince Harry will be able to resolve the disputes with his family during his upcoming stay in England. The royal expert writes in the British newspaper

that the planned meeting between King Charles and his son will again be “short and formal”. Because according to Quinn, Harry's family members live in constant fear of another breach of trust.
"Like his relationship with William, Harry's relationship with his father was severely damaged by the publication of 'Reserve' (Harry's autobiography, editor's note) and Harry and Meghan's numerous interviews," Quinn believes he knows. “Both William and Charles will always be concerned about not being able to say anything to Harry privately and confidentially without risking him making it all public.”

Nevertheless, Tom Quinn is convinced that the second reunion after the big falling out will be easier for Charles and Harry. Speaking to

, he explains: "It won't be quite as difficult for Harry to see his father, although their relationship is also marked by pain and a kind of sadness. But Charles knows that Harry had a difficult childhood, for which he is partly responsible. That’s why he has more understanding than William.”

It is not yet known whether Harry will also pay a visit to William's wife Princess Kate (42), who recently made her cancer diagnosis public after months of speculation. However, a reunion between the two feuding princes would undoubtedly be a real sensation.
