The number of unemployed people in Berlin fell slightly in March compared to February by 747 to 199,663 people. Compared to March of the previous year, there were 16,928 more unemployed people, as the responsible regional directorate of the Federal Employment Agency announced on Thursday. The unemployment rate in the capital fell by 0.1 points to 9.6 percent compared to February.
Berlin - A year ago the rate was 9.0 percent. For the statistics, the Federal Agency used data that was available up to March 13th. dpa
