At the comp card shooting, the chemistry between photographer and model should be right - but GNTM candidate Marvin makes a mistake.
Tenerife – Heidi Klum (50) has already sorted things out properly at GNTM. Your remaining candidates are allowed to take part in the comp card shooting in seven consecutive days. This is a particularly important event for the models' future - after all, the photos from the shoot will become their flagship. But not everyone can score points with the photographer: Marvin (22) makes himself unpopular even before the first snapshot.
Embarrassed at the comp card shooting: GNTM candidate mixes up photographers
In the last episode of "Germany's Next Top Model" Heidi Klum sent her model candidates to the hairdresser. However, the makeover was so painful for GNTM candidate Julian (24) that he almost burst into tears. In the end, he and twin brother Luka (24) were also able to enjoy their new look. They will be able to present it in front of the lens for the first time on March 28, 2024 at the Sedcard shooting. Her competitor Marvin would have preferred to sink into the ground during the photo shoot.

“In fact, I was so afraid of this comp card shoot. “I wasn’t that nervous,” he said in advance. But then he manages to appear confidently in front of the photographer and greet him in a good mood. “Hello, Marvin. “Christian,” the camera professional introduces himself – but Marvin mistakes Christian Anwander for another well-known GNTM photographer. “Ah, Schuller,” he says, causing a rather awkward moment. “Move, get out,” is what he hears from the person opposite him.

Luckily, Christian Anwander doesn't hold the mixup against him. On the contrary - the photographer bursts out laughing. The fact that he wanted to throw the 22-year-old out was of course just a joke. Marvin himself tries to save the situation and pretends that he just wanted to “test” the star photographer, who is successful in New York. “Then I’ll test you now,” he says with regard to the upcoming shoot.

A little later, he himself admitted how embarrassing the situation was for the young model from Bielefeld: “That was a little uncomfortable.” And how does Marvin get along with modeling? The photographer at least thinks he's doing "not bad" and Heidi Klum also seems satisfied. Designer Marina Hoermanseder (38) was less kind to the GNTM models after an outrageous reaction.
