. The singer's family came out to criticize the ruling: his daughter spoke of "a gray day for Justice" and announced that she will appeal the measure.
Denis died on May 15, 2020, after spending a year in a coma after falling from the stage of the Mercedes Sosa theater in Tucumán. Raúl Francisco Armisen, director of the cultural complex, was the only one accused of manslaughter. Now, the Justice of Tucumán dismissed it since it considered that it was an "accident."
"Coincidentally, they give advance notice of a long weekend so that everything has the least possible impact. Without words," said his daughter, Bárbara Hoffmann, on social networks.
Through several messages on Instagram, Hoffmann made his defense.

"I will try to do everything I can to make this repeated request for justice heard louder," the woman said.
"It is a gray day for Argentine justice when an entire country awaits this resolution with compelling evidence of the negligence caused by whoever is still in charge of the Mercedes Sosa theater in Tucumán," he added in the same way.
In addition, he announced that the family will appeal the court ruling.
