After a collision, a Gaißacher's car overturned in Weilheim. The fire department had to free him from his vehicle.

– A 57-year-old from Gaißach was driving his car north along Kreuzeckstrasse in Weilheim on Thursday around 2:40 p.m. At the intersection with Weinhartstrasse he disregarded the right of way of a 55-year-old from Polling who was driving his car on Weinhartstrasse towards the B2. The Gaißacher's car was tipped onto its left side due to the lateral collision and came to rest in the intersection area.
The 57-year-old then had to be freed from his car with the support of the Weilheim fire department, according to the police report.
Both the 57-year-old and the 55-year-old were slightly injured in the collision and had to be transported to Weilheim Hospital by the BRK. Both vehicles were no longer drivable, and overall property damage amounted to around 42,000 euros.
