THE PLACE.
This is the feeling of the last few weeks. And for good reason, the new British temple of the Bertrand group combines a legendary location (the former American Dream, a stone's throw from the Opéra Garnier), a wow-worthy decor by the very prominent Laura Gonzalez on three floors and a signed map by Calum Franklin, king of pie across the Channel, where he created the Pie Room at the Holborn Dining Room, in 2018, at the Rosewood Hotel in London.
