This is what the sustainable finance panel is studying, according to which the lack of this data risks making the ability of the banking and financial system to support the ecological transition less effective compared to other countries. The working group of the table (where the Mef, the Ministry of the Environment and Energy Security, the Bank of Italy, the National Commission for Companies and the Stock Exchange, the Institute for the Supervision of Insurance and the Supervision Commission for Funds sit Pension) " will evaluate the opportunity and technical-legal feasibility of allowing the publication of part of the information relating to the Ape, in open data format, on the National Energy Performance Portal of buildings managed by Enea.
To this end, the necessary in-depth analyzes will be carried out also through the involvement of the guarantor for the protection of personal data for the profiles of compatibility with the existing regulation on the protection of personal data. Similar assessments will also be carried out regarding the improvement of accessibility to the Sii database, for the benefit of the financial sector and in relation to the energy consumption of companies, in order to obtain useful information for monitoring climate risks and for fulfilling supervisory information obligations.
