Lutech Park West was inaugurated this morning, the new Milanese headquarters of the Lutech group in the Sella Nuova district, a stone's throw from the Bisceglie metro, ready to host the company's professionals, but also customers and partners of the company specialized in design, creation and management of digital and artificial intelligence-related solutions for companies. The headquarters spaces were conceived not only as a functional and modern workplace, but as an open "hub" for stakeholders and the territory.
The headquarters was inaugurated in an institutional event in the presence, among others, of the mayor of Milan Giuseppe Sala, the councilor for Economic Development Alessia Cappello, the rector of the Polytechnic of Milan Donatella Sciuto, Don Gino Rigoldi and the CEO of SEA Milan Airports, Armando Brunini. The offices are also part of an urban regeneration and architectural redevelopment project, in a city area with a high growth rate, as underlined by the mayor Giuseppe Sala.
"In this historical moment, choosing a less central area of the city to develop your business is a decision with a truly important impact and social value: through the urban redevelopment and regeneration intervention carried out, Lutech will revitalize and stimulate in a the community that lives and frequents it is positive" the mayor's words.
In addition to presenting the new offices, Lutech also illustrated the objectives and growth prospects, as well as the results with which the past year ended. The group closed 2023 with 1 billion euros of new orders, a record balance, also made possible thanks to an investment of 60 million in research and development activities, a timely M&A plan and a further push to increase of the workforce, currently 5,500 employees in Italy, with 737 hires in 2023. The group's growth continues in 2024, with the aim of 800 new hires by the end of the year.
