Bad news to Maccabi Tel Aviv from Quincy Acey's direction. The forward who was injured in his leg during the last Euroleague match against Penrhbhecha is having trouble recovering and is in great doubt for the outfield game against Valencia this Friday. The group hopes to recover and qualify for an encounter with Olympiakos next week.
Meanwhile, the Maccabi Tel Aviv Center Tariq Black has landed tonight (between Monday and Tuesday) in Israel after more than six weeks in the United States for treatment of his knee injury.
The player who partnered in just 11 Euroleague games this season is not expected to return to the pitches in the next month and will certainly miss the Euroleague games against Valencia, Olympiakos, Andulo Zero and the Red Star Belgrade, as well as the intriguing league game against Hapoel Jerusalem next month.
Good news comes from Yuval Sussman's direction, who in the last few days dropped his cast and began training with the team. As we wrote last week, the player is scheduled to return to the pitches ahead of the Euroleague duo in two weeks against Andulo Zero and the Red Star.
