Cages tackles. Former XV de la Rose and Stade Français player James Haskell will make his mixed martial arts (MMA) debut on May 16, his promoter announced on Thursday. The 34-year-old former line-up to the 77 caps with England, who hung up his crampons at the end of the 2019 season, will face a fighter whose name has not yet been revealed at a rally in Wembley.
James Haskell, who had been practicing MMA in a London gym for ten years as part of his rugby training routine, signed up in August with American promoter Bellator.
