The Swiss justice indicated Thursday to have indicted the president of Paris Saint-Germain Nasser Al-Khelaïfi and the former number two of Fifa, Jérôme Valcke, in a corruption case in connection with "the attribution of media rights". In a statement, the Swiss attorney general's office said it had indicted the two men "in the context of the allocation of media rights to different FIFA World Cups and FIFA Confederations Cups". These are the 2026 and 2030 Worlds. Only the first nominee has so far been awarded for a joint organization in the United States, Canada and Mexico.
