MS Ashdod actor convicted of promiscuity and misdemeanor trial in the late Ari Nesher's overdue case arrived in prison to serve the prison sentence (4.5 years) imposed on him • His lawyer: "Aspen does not intend to appeal the verdict but only the severity The punishment "
Yitzhak Aspa, a player of MS Ashdod, arrived in Hermon prison this morning (Tuesday) to begin serving the 4.5-year sentence he was served. Aspa has decided not to petition for the delay in the execution of the sentence, so he has already gone to jail today, and according to his lawyer Ilan Sofer, the appeal on the severity of the sentence will be filed in the near future.

Attorney Ilan Sofer representing Aspa said that "Isaac Aspa takes full responsibility for his behavior and errors in his judgment after the accident occurred, as well as his denial of his responsibility for an incident during the trial. As part of this, he does not seek to delay his sentence and began serving him today. He also does not intend to appeal the verdict, but only the severity of the punishment. Yitzhak Aspa expresses very deep sorrow for all the suffering and agony he caused to the Nesher family as a result of his de facto denial.

Lawyer Sofer added: "We hope that, despite the difficult circumstances, the court will consider the complex of considerations, including Yitzhak Aspa's rehabilitation process, and our desire to move on to rehabilitation following the horrific incident and in light of this sentence will be lenient."
As I recall, in September 2018, Asifah was involved in a hit-and-run accident in which Barry Nesher was hit and another boy was injured. After numerous hearings, the district court ruled that Aspa was not guilty of causing the accident but was convicted of abandonment and disruption of court proceedings, therefore, Judge Gurfinkel sentenced him to 4.5 years in prison.
