Definitely, Alexis Pinturault is at home at Hinterstoder. Already the 4th Saturday of the Super-G, the French won the combined this Sunday in the Austrian station. An almost perfect weekend which allowed him to win for the sixth time in his career the small globe of the combined and especially to return to the race for the Big Crystal Globe.
Second at the end of the Super-G, the Courchevel skier perfectly managed the slalom to finally win ahead of the Swiss Mauro Caviezel at 0'99 and the Norwegian Aleksander Aamodt Kilde, leader of the general classification of the World Cup, relegated to 1'25.
Thanks to this success, Alexis Pinturault takes second place overall from the other Norwegian Henrik Kristoffersen, eleventh this Sunday, and especially returns to 34 points from Kilde.
If everything remains to be played nine stages from the end of the season, the French will have the opportunity to continue his beautiful weekend from Monday with the giant, still at Hinterstoder.
