The Belgian attacker, again injured, will be operated on March 5. His long absence from the grounds should however allow him to dispute

The difficult season of Eden Hazard, transferred for 100 million euros this summer to Real Madrid from Chelsea, continues. The Belgian attacker will be operated on March 5 in Dallas (United States) to treat a "crack in the right fibula" contracted on February 22 against Levante. The 29-year-old could be sidelined for nearly two months. His first season in the shirt of the Spanish club is therefore almost over. The man with 106 selections could however be back to participate in Euro 2020 (June 12-July 12) with the Red Devils.

The Belgian's season had been ruined since the end of November by an injury to the same foot following a shock with his compatriot Thomas Meunier during Real-PSG (2-2) in the group stage of the Champions League. He had barely returned to competition. Hazard only participated in 15 meetings when he arrived in Madrid.
