Unterhaching– Who is number one in football in and around Munich? If you look at the current results of the juniors: the SpVgg Unterhaching! The red-blue defeated both major Munich clubs in derbies. The U17 defeated the great FC Bayern 2-1 on artificial turf at home.
"We can be proud of what the team brought to the field today," said Hachinger U 17 coach Marc Unterberger after the win against FC Bayern, who came second in the table; the SpVgg climbed to eighth place due to the somewhat unexpected success.

"Our plan worked out pretty well from the start," summarized Unterberger. "We wanted to attack high and aggressively and thus face Bayern with challenges." After a punchy start for Munich, Haching was allowed to cheer: Marc Perkuhn initially failed at the Bayern goalkeeper, scored in the margin to 1-0 (17th) in the second Durchgang defied the SpVgg against the attacks by FC Bayern, which according to Unterberger became "really oppressive" in the last quarter of an hour. Except for one goal in the post, Bayern did not pose any serious danger, and when they finally took full risk, Florian Roggermeier completed a Hachinger counterattack to make it 2-0 (80th). "The great redemption," beamed Unterberger - in added time, FC Bayern scored the penalty (80. + 5), but then it was over. Following the derby victory, the Presidium invited the team to dinner.
