Berglern - The football youth leaders were very disciplined. All Erdinger clubs accepted the invitation from Kleinfeld play group leader Torsten Horn and took part in the winter conference in the Berglerner Vereinsheim.
It was the last conference for the outgoing Torsten Horn and his wife Nicoletta. The Altenerdingen department head Andreas Heilmaier looked back on the duo's three-year career. On behalf of all the clubs, he thanked him with praise and presented the couple with a farewell gift.
Wilfried Beier becomes the new small field play group leader
Torsten Horn reviewed his time as Erdinger play group leader and was full of praise. “Initially, I only wanted to take on the task for six months. Now it has been more than three years, but it was a good time and the collaboration was fun. ”He takes on a new role and succeeds Stephan Fox as a field leader in the district of Freising.
Horn's successor has already been clarified, and with Wilfried Beier no stranger returns as an official. Beier acted as the men's playgroup leader in Erding for a few years and thus has great experience.
Extra qualification for the Merkur CUP district final
In one of their last official acts, the duo Horn had a lucky hand, because with the exception of two small changes, all clubs agreed with the division made for the point round in the small field area, which was about to start.
The contact to Erding will not break off, because Horn continues to function as the technical director of the Merkur CUP. The first round of the Merkur CUP was held at the end of March, and Horn reported that there were some changes this year. In addition to the two finalists of the district finals, the third-placed qualifies for the district finals. In addition, there will be a separate qualification for the district finals. Vote on age reduction in the junior area on March 26
Großfeld junior manager Willi Brambring also looked back on a smooth first half of the season and proudly reported that there was not a single non-appearance. "Referees stayed away in three games, but this value is also very good," emphasized Brambring. However, he was critical of clubs that check their mailbox only very irregularly: "Many clubs have not registered for the indoor championship, and we had to point out the missing message because the original request was ignored".
Brambring indicated a very important date: on March 26, the club representatives in Berglern should vote on the planned age reduction in the junior area. “The clubs have to decide whether this reduction will come, and it is proposed that up to the U 14 juniors should be played on the compact field, and whether U 19 junior players, who then already belong to the men's area, under certain conditions can continue to be used in the junior area, ”said Brambring, explaining that a two-thirds majority is necessary for a change.
SE Freising no longer wants to lure players away from base training
The statements by base coach Mario Crapazano, who was on the 25th and 26th of the 2009 talent screening days, were very interesting. April campaigned and also wanted to regain the lost trust of clubs. "It is true that in the past base players were moved to change clubs, but that will not happen in the future," said Crapanzano. "For one, only base coaches are active who are not working for any club. However, there were also critical voices. Coach Gökmen Uluhan reported that Türkgücü Erding players had already been contacted about a change during the first base training. "If things go this year again, I'll pack up my boys and take them home with them," announced Uluhan. Florian Aldinger from SpVgg Altenerding also expressed skepticism: “In the past few years there have been some players who have not made a change or have moved from SE Freising to another club, who then had to leave the base quite quickly. I can't really believe that this was just a coincidence. ”Crapanzano rejected this assumption.
Alfredo Sansone from FC Schwaig suggested whether it would not be possible to carry out the training at other locations - ideally also in the Erding district. "That would probably strengthen trust." Crapanzano took up this suggestion. The extent to which the base coach's appeal will have an effect will be shown in the incoming registrations, which only the club can make. Messages from players or their parents are no longer considered.
