As agreed on Sunday between the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Sports, sports teams from abroad can come to Israel subject to special conditions and provided that someone is in isolation throughout their stay in Israel before and after the game. As part of the Euroleague.

The audience issue is still unclear and the club fears that a significant audience limit will be imposed. Currently, the Ministry of Health confirms that only 5,000 fans attend events. The Yellows will make efforts to bring in as many fans as possible, but make it clear that they will follow Health Ministry guidelines.

In the meantime, the Winner League League Administration has announced that, in accordance with clear guidelines from the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Sports, league games will continue as long as the number of viewers does not exceed 5,000.

In addition, the league manager passed a number of additional guidelines to the league groups whereby if a team notifies a player or two who are in isolation, the team's play will not be rejected unless the opposing team and the manager agree. If there are more than two players in isolation in the same team, their playing will be rejected even without the consent of the opposing team.
