The meeting between Olympique Lyonnais and the Stade de Reims scheduled for Friday at 8.45 p.m. will be played behind closed doors, in accordance with decisions taken by the government to fight the spread of the new coronavirus, OL announced on Monday. Details relating to ticket reimbursement procedures will be confirmed as soon as possible, OL said in a statement, which made the decision after discussions with the Rhône prefecture. The club management "thanks all the supporters for their understanding in the face of this unprecedented situation," adds the club. Sports Minister Roxana Maracineanu said Monday that behind closed doors could become the "organizing doctrine" for sporting events to deal with the coronavirus.
